The app and the website will accept my payment but the membership will not update. I cannot complete any tests without the membership so we will be returning the kit.

I have manually fixed this and for the trouble added 6 months to your membership free of charge. Although, if you still would like to return your VisionCheck please let me know. Shopping was relatively easy
Shopping was relatively easy, but it was a little hard to compare the products. I saw different prices but after reading the description, I couldn't see the difference. I had to really search for differences to explain the price difference. I also got a discount coupon immediately after purchasing with a little thorough searching in the website. That was a tad frustrating. Hoping the product works well.
