Their website specifically says they prescribe controlled substances for severe anxiety and PTSD, as long as you follow their rules. After paying quite a bit of money to talk to the doctor, I was told that the information given on the site wasn't true, and I was turned down for Alprazolam. A waste of money and time.

I'm Convinced That Telehealth Is No Longer Beneficial
In this economy, $195 is NOT cheap. EZcare Clinic charges $195 for a 10 minute appoint AND if you don't have insurance, you have to pay for the prescriptions as well. Depending on the medication(s), you're looking at about $300 out of pocket, which is my current situation. Initially, they cancelled my first appointment and I asked for a refund. They claimed that it would take a month for a refund, despite me requesting the refund before any appointment took place which is in their "refund policy." After a week, I finally decided to give them a chance and so far, I'm regretting it. The NP said that it could take up to 6 weeks for any relief! WOW! This is too expensive for trial and error. These people want your money upfront without sure results. One of the medications they put me on is doing the complete opposite of what it's suppose to and making me sick, decreasing my already LOW quality of life. EzCare Clinic uses a "one size fits all" approach when diagnosing patients. I never once felt heard or understood during my appointment. I was diagnosed with PD at the early age of 10 years old. By this age, I had been through enough trauma for A FEW lifetimes. That excludes my teenage and adult years. I've been battling this for over TWO DECADES! Everyone deserves to be treated like an individual when it comes to their health but here, you are forced into a box, thrown placebos or Benadryl and sent on your way...FOR $300! That's absurd. I suggest finding a provider close to you and going to see them in person because there is only so much telehealth can do at this point. It was convenient during the pandemic but its useless now because you're not seeing actual doctors. I'll update if anything changes.

How could you take a payment without registering someone?
So I basically made this payment in error, and ignorance. It seems that they are very quick to take the payment and have you pick a slot for an appointment…. then when the appointment comes it’s all “you didn’t fill out your registration” , which is like 12 pages long given it I understand that factor of it, but why was that not said to me before the payment was processed ? aren’t you supposed to be registered to make sure someone is 100% a fit with you as a client before a payment is processed ? but I saw the reviews on Reddit to be honest that’s what tipped the boat & 100% scared me away. I only even gave this a shot because a close friend recommended it. I’ve suffered with anxiety since I was a child and nothing really has ever worked for me, also their customer service department is basically non existent and the day of my appointment I didn’t receive a phone call a text all I got was an email I think like the day I made the payment which was stating “you have to complete the registration process”. I just don’t have money to be throwing around and wasting. I would like an immediate refund and they’re saying they’re going to “forward it” God knows how long that’ll take. I spent my entire lunch break today waiting on hold for customer service with absolutely no answer. That just gives me very very bad vibes.

I am currently a patient and ever since…
I am currently a patient and ever since I’ve been switched to Dr Robert Griggs he has no regard for my time or for what a scheduled appointment is. Every time I make my initial appointment it is followed by a call saying he can not see for that time. This is every single time. Once they give me a time he can see me it is always after my pharmacy is closed. Then after getting a scheduled time that they give me, it’s usually followed by ANOTHER call canceling the time we had set and they move it to an even later time. Mind you this is all the time. They have absolutely zero regard or respect for keeping a scheduled appointment. This was never an issue with Jillian Perreault. He made me wait forever for our first appointment and have no respect for your time. I’m paying for my convenience not his. This has to be one of the most frustrating ways to conduct an appointment. I always have to worry my appointment will be changed, with no regards to my time and it becomes a waiting game. Jillian Perreault was always on time and during actual hours the pharmacy was open and she never had me wait one minute. Our appointments were promptly at the time they were scheduled. No later. This is extremely unprofessional and I’m getting tired of the scheduled times being moved constantly with no regard for my money, my time, completely unprofessional.

Be prepared to jump through hoops
***after all was said and done the only way that I got my problems resolved was because I left a terrible review on trustpilot and threatened to make a formal complaint with the better Business bureau.
I spent days researching EZCare clinic. Reading third party unbiased reviews about it in order to make a decision on who could best help me with my mental health. I set up my appointment for Thursday morning... The doctor was awesome, very personable, very understanding, and agreed that I have been walking around my entire life with undiagnosed ADHD... He prescribed 2 medications... and I was excited to finally be on my way to feeling normal. Thursday afternoon I had a text message saying that my prescription had been sent and was in the process of being filled. But when I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription I was told that I am unable to get it filled there because the doctor was from Kansas City, which I was about 3 hours away from me, and they would absolutely not fill it because it was an online psychiatrist . I tried to explain that I used a psychiatrist via telehealth because I'm in a rural area and don't have many psychiatrists to choose from, also it would take 2-3 months to get an actual in office appointment.
So after trying to explain the situation in more detail, I leave to try and to figure out what I was going to do... I was being seen, and got an actual diagnosis of ADHD... So what the heck?!?!
I called EZcare clinic and spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone and basically she and I both were simultaneously searching for pharmacies close to me who may or may not fill my prescription. Honestly it seemed like this was a normal thing to her, and perhaps A LOT of people have problems getting a controlled substance prescription filled through EZcare clinic. I had to Google search and give her name after name of pharmacies that might help me. NONE of them were closer than an hour drive from me. I live and hour and 15 minutes south of St.Louis!!!! And she was only recommending Kroger's and Costco pharmacie in STL.
I was told that someone would get my pharmacy list and TRY to call around to find me a pharmacy to filled my prescriptions. I waited all evening, no call. I gave it a few hours the next morning, no call! So Friday late-morning I call and still nothing. The lady tells me that she will send my "case" and list of pharmacies to someone else as urgent, and I should expect a call... The stress and annoyance is really getting to me now. I had such high hopes for EZcare clinic but now I'm thinking that maybe they aren't a good resource and just want my money, with no actual help. Soooo, here I am 36 hours later and still just waiting. My ADHD is definitely in full swing right now. I feel like waiting for 2-3 months to get into a local psychiatrist would have been a better route now.
**Edit**
I have been in contact with the people from EZcare. We have been back and forth in trying to resolve this issue all day. I will re-edit this review once the issue has been settled.
The customer service has been very helpful and each time I've talked/Emailed them they seem to be trying to solve the issues with me.
**Edit #2**
I ended up having to use two different pharmacies to fill my prescriptions because of the shortage of this particular medictation. Two times I was sent away, from two different Walgreens because of the distance they were from my home address. Apparently I got "red flagged" I'm their system because of the distance.
The second time I went, the pharmacist was ridiculously rude to me (which was mio fault of EZcare)... He called Ezcare, held on the phone for 15 minutes and ultimately just gave up all while telling me that he was not sure if he could or could not fill prescription. Before leaving their parking lot, I emailed EZcare, got an email back fairly quickly telling me to have him call a certain phone number. I was beyond upset and replied stating that I was done with the back and forth Bs and they needed to call him. This was a Friday, by Monday I sent one final email letting them know I would be filling a formal complaint with the BBB and BOOM; got a call from Max who had called Walgreens pharmacy himself and got it straightened out. So I have my two prescriptions, I'm ready to start them both tomorrow. All in all, Ezcare helped me get it all worked out, their customer service was excellent once I got on board and put in my own effort and I'm not really sure who's fault it was, pharmacies that were uncomfortable filling a prescription from a doctor/clinic who was so far from me ... Or Maybe it was just not being familiar with new telahealth services, But eZcare came though once they realized how helpless I ultimately was in the situation. I will be using their services again for my follow up appointments until I can get into a more local psychiatrist.

Scheduling Nightmare. A message from me directly to EzCare. They are messing with peoples mental health which is a life and death issue right now.
Hello. I am extremely upset with the service i am receiving and the attitude of the people on the phone calls. I had an appoint scheduled and confirmed for Wednesday April 5th at 9:30 am. An invite email showed up at 10:15, i clicked on it and it said sorry youve missed your appointment. Obviously i didnt. Ok so then you guys apologize and promise me ill be seen the next day (yesterday, thursday april 6th). So that appointment was scheduled and confirmed for yesterday the 6th at 11:30am. I was waiting patiently for the invite email, which again i received 45 minutes after my scheduled time at 12:15. I clicked on it and once again it said Sorry youve missed your appointment. When i called I talked to multiple people that said they would make sure i was seen by the end of the day yesterday and were kind and apologetic. That never happened. I was then ASSURED by multiple people including "Supervisors" that my appointment has been scheduled for 9am this morning, Friday april 7th. They assured me there would not be any issues. Well i was ready at 9am. I got an invite, clicked on it and it said Invalid invite or something along those lines. I immediately called so they could reach my provider (Nephtalie Mondestin) and let her know to send me another invite. Since then ive been told many differenet stories about why my proivider cant see me. Ok so they say now my provider is refusing to see me and shes booked up for the rest of the day. They say they will ask another provider, this is all before 10:30am keep in mind. All i need is to be seen by someone (preferably my provider that worked out at treatment plan with me last month because thats how psychiatry works). But the male "supervisor" I talked to is telling me that I can now only be seen on monday at 11:00AM. This is not ok. I need to be seen today. I am ready to copy and paste this experience everywhere that i find reviews for your "practice" if i dont get seen today. Theres alot of hours left in the day today; I know someone can fit me in. And i am dumbfounded that my provider whom i thought was my psychiatrist and a professional ethical doctor or practioner, Is apparrently refusing to see me. I saw her once last month and we had a good professional visit. Which is why i really don't even believe any of your customer service people about that either.

Lemberg knew it would be such a hassle for a provider to send a prescription through
I am very disappointed with the amount of time wasted in trying to get my prescription in my hands they have given me so many runarounds and hardship with just getting my meds other than that I thought it was a god sent I have been patiently waiting for my medicine and still haven’t been able to get my provider Ms Lauren loftin to successfully send my script to the pharmacy I have never anticipated this much of a hassle to get a prescription that was given to me and unable to to receive the pharmacy hasn’t even received my prescriptions and my provider is making it so difficult for me me to get them I understand she may be busy but I am not feeling like I am being cared for and it’s been a hard time coming this far I thought this would be easier than I’m anticipating

The doctor I saw was really great
UPDATE: it has been two weeks since I asked for my prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy (Walgreens and Costco refuse so I am trying a small independent pharmacy). Zero updates or reasons they are not sending it. I can’t get anyone to give me information. So so disappointing!! At least I received my medical records so I have a diagnosis documented.
The doctor I saw was really great. She listened to me closely and didn’t make me feel insane like so many other doctors before her.
I wish I was able to get an after visit summary of the plan she made to alter my medications. I didn’t take notes. I have not gotten a reply to my email and there doesn’t seem to be a patient portal of any kind.
