Absolutely the most ridiculous set up process. I am very tech savvy... I know my way around monetization, but never in my life have I ever experience such a over-complicated process, with useless support. I had to finally give up. I have wasted hours, with chatgpt, their own ai support, you name it... and absolutely nothing. This is the worst.

Disgusting practices regarding making it very difficult to remove personal data. They are asking for a government ID to prove that the request is legitimate, while their support page claims that the email addresses associated with the accounts are sufficient. I hate this company right down to the core- disgusting!

SCAM and vulgar support. Never again. Don't lose money and your website's good brand reputation. They are frauds.

My experience with this service has been very bad. I was unable to get any core features working despite repeated attempts. The support resources were not helpful in my case. The community forum would not let me post a topic or discussion, so I wasn't able to ask for assistance there. I also could not get the ads.txt feature to connect, and the integration I was trying to use never worked. Overall, I was unable to get the application functioning as expected. Because I couldn't access working support or resolve these issues, I wasn't able to use the service for its intended purpose. Nothing about this platform works properly and there is no customer service. What could possibly go wrong besides everything about it?

My experience with Ezoic started out great: for the first six months, everything was perfect, backed by a responsive and helpful support team. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse regarding transparency. After facing vague claims of "invalid traffic" blocking my account on their end, I directly contacted the official Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange support team to get a clear answer. Google's verdict was definitive: my account is perfectly clean, completely compliant, and my ads are fully validated. Despite providing this official proof to Ezoic, their support chose to unilaterally close my ticket without providing any technical explanation or counter-argument. It is highly regrettable that an ad optimization platform refuses professional dialogue and contradicts Google's own official data. I strongly advise independent publishers to remain cautious.

Hi David, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're glad the first part of your time with us went well. Your site was restricted after invalid traffic was identified. The related June revenue deductions were applied by Google Ad Exchange, and our Platform Quality team independently reached the same conclusion. Google later followed up with you and confirmed there was invalid traffic and that the clawback was applied for that reason. This was based on traffic quality findings, not a determination of fraudulent intent. We did respond on your support ticket with these explanations, including Google's confirmation. My experience with Ezoic has been extremely disappointing. The review process is painfully slow, customer support is almost impossible to reach, and worst of all, the platform can negatively impact your site's performance and user experience.

My application to Ezoic was rejected with the vague reason "Content," without any clear explanation. This approach is highly unprofessional. My website (get4games.com) is a Turkey-based gaming and technology news platform that has been active for years. It is also approved by Google AdSense and currently running ads. Despite this, I was rejected without any detailed feedback, which is unacceptable. What’s even more concerning is that, as a test, I submitted another website containing AI-generated content, and it was approved without any issues. This clearly shows inconsistency in Ezoic’s content review process. If a platform is going to evaluate publishers, it should at least provide transparent and specific feedback. A one-word reason like "Content" is not helpful in any way. This kind of unclear and inconsistent review process does not build trust. Ezoic seriously needs to improve its evaluation standards and transparency. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
