Consumers Beware! Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions before accepting them at checkout. Their website would not allow me to complete my purchase unless I agreed to multiple pages of their terms - just for a replacement part. I inquired about it through the online chat and an email to customer service but did not hear back. There is no reason you need to sign away your rights to make a purchase. I purchased online with a different company for the same price and did not have to agree to suspicious Terms and Conditions.

Buyer BEWARE. Ordered a part online, given order number, never received email confirmation. Card charged, nothing sent. They do not answer the phone. Item under my order number was sent to some random guy named Bob in MA even though my card was charged and I live in AR. Communicating with bank to hopefully get my refund. AWFUL

I ordered a power supply from them for my robo vacuum. I plugged it in but it wouldn't connect to the app. I called them for support they couldn't help. So I asked to return it but they said since I plugged it in it's considered used and they don't return used products. How is someone supposed to know the unit is broken if they don't plug it in?? Thankfully my credit card cancelled the charge but buyer beware this is a shoddy excuse for a company

I ordered a few parts for my dolphin. Never received a confirmation email. Left a message never heard back. Have left 3 additional messages canceling the order and am not getting any response.

Terrible customer service experience. I paid extra for overnight shipping, only to later find out they apparently do not even ship on weekends. The order sat in “awaiting shipment” status with FedEx only showing that a label had been created, yet the company repeatedly claimed it was already shipped and refused to cancel the order. I requested cancellation shortly after placeing the order and well before there was any actual carrier movement. I even provided screenshots showing FedEx did not have possession of the package. Instead of helping, they stopped responding altogether. Charging customers for overnight shipping while not clearly communicating shipping delays or limitations is misleading. The complete lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve a simple cancellation request made this an extremely frustrating experience. Would not order from them again.

BE WARNED! while they state they accept returns i purchased the wrong pool filter size and was it a costly mistake. They also go by the name EZ Pools and Spas. Their customer service knows nothing. The filer cost $230 and I paid $80 to ship back to them. Plus, they charged me 20% restocking fee. I would never buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered product July 19th, now August 5th, my credit card was charged(over $250). NEVER received product. Called MANY times talked with a person 2-3 times out of 10? times. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

EZ Test Pool supply is nothing more than a Website that manages transactions of purchases from their customers. I bought a Dolphin Wave 100 commercial from them with an understanding of four payments with ZERO interest. The unit arrived and financing was somehow assigned and approved through Affirm at 34% interest without my approval. When I heard this E-Z Test Pool told me I could return the unit at a 20% restocking fee and I PAY return shipping. They misled me and put me in a position where I had to spend $1000 to return a $4000 purchase I made. They could not justify how I went from Zero interest payments to 34% through Affirm. Because interest went from zero to 34% I would have had to spend $1000 to return the unit. (That's Bait and Switch) In all fairness they waived the 20% restocking fee but still insisted I pay for shipping if I disagreed with the 34% interest that came from no-where without my knowledge. I should have been told interest would be 34% instead of zero as promised when I made the purchase. When I realized what was going on I immediately PAID IN FULL to stop the interest bleeding. In three days, interest compounded daily, I ended up paying over $100 in interest. Buyers be aware and stay away!
