Pros: Ordering process was strait forward and the part (replacement Pool Cleaner) arrived in a reasonable time Cons: part was damaged. Company initially called back but never followed through with a replacement component after a couple of calls. I ended up cannabilzing the old failed unit for the part I needed, but for a $410 item, I expected decent / better service and didn't get it.
