More than a decade ago I purchased an EZ computer. Anytime I had a software issue or anything wrong I was able to call customer support and someone helped me! That being said, when it was time for an upgrade I purchased another EZ computer. After 2 years, I had a major problem as the CPU crashed. I called for Help and reached Katie. He walked me through several attempts to fix the problem and ultimately made it EZ for me to ship my computer for repair. I was frequently updated on the repairs and the shipment back to me. Katie went above and beyond what I would have expected. I received my computer back and I was not charged for the repairs. When I buy another computer for any application, I am going to EZ!

Katie happily fixed every issue I had. She is awesome. I can't say enough good things about her service and recommendations.

EZ has the best support out there. Always fast and on top of things. I would not hesitate to buy another EZ computer just knowing that the support afterwards is so good.

EZ Trading Computers were ez to work with and knowledgeable about what i was looking for. Offered additional things that i didn't consider before. I plan on working with them more in the near future. And i recommend them with 5 Star rating.

The computer and the monitors are great. They suggested this computer for my needs and it is amazing. The Salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed help setting the system up and the customer service was also super friendly and helpful. No long wait time, professional service, follow ups etc. I am so happy with this purchase. One of the best items I bought in a long time.

I purchased my computer from Eddie Z last April / May. What I thought I ordered and what I received was more than I was expecting. The system is above and beyond off the self Dell, HP or Asus that priced out more expensive with same BOM and would have cost more. Technical Support is above and beyond. Immediate tech support from Miguel and Katie, from immediate to a 1-3 minute for them to respond back when I called support. There were no questions on my end in seeing them do their thing through the online connection, they knew exactly what to do, without question, no pauses, no hesitations, they are Pros and know their stuff. My WiFi card went bad and I sent an email at 11:00 PM, I received a response email from Katie before 8:00 the next morning and a WiFi card was being delivered to my door and it arrived by 2:00 PM and we do not live in or close to the city. Eddie Z, the owner, told me the warranty and tech service was forever and so far all is true.

I am very pleased with computer. I think all his videos and the detail videos on how to set up makes me think I now have a trading setup. It works great. Today I got an unexpected follow up call as well even more help in making sure computer is running at it peak. I allowed them to come on through team view and they showed me more things to make it run at its peak.
