6 STARS We had some problems with one laptop that was delivered overseas to us, issues that can happen and not the fault of the vendor, Katie did an excellent job in fixing the problem, and EZ proved they are not only a great company when all goes great but they also hold inhouse, the capacity and the will to solve problems and create new solutions, Always available, great company, great support and great products, even when the US is asleep

This will be my 2nd computer Eddie Z. The guys in Sales are awesome and go out of their way to help. My last computer is 7 or 8 yrs old and runs like a top still ! Tech support is the best I've ever seen !Always ready to help. Many finance options as well. These computers are custom build, and I looked at what I think is every firm on the internet who builds and still came back to these guys. People say ; couldn't you find an off the rack, like a Dell, at Amazon? Well, you don't know what's in them. The reviews are bad, and support is bad. You get what you pay for, at least with these guys. They told me it would take 2 weeks. It's here on day 7.
