Quick to jump on the phone and answer all my questions.

The shipment was received faster than expected.

Easy to order, quick shipping and the parts were actually the correct ones, unlike a few other suppliers that keep sending parts that don't fit. Thank you....

Great service and quick delivery Thank you

fast shipping and good quality product. Two thumbs up

Ease of use. They had what I was looking for and at a great price!

It'd hard to find American made products. Often when you do find them, they are commercial grade products that are impragmatic for a consumer and must be ordered months in advance. The wrench I ordered arrived very quickly, apprears to be sturdily made, more than adaquate for the job I need to do, and stamped prominently, "USA." Thanks for you help.

Best customer service ever! Arrived in faster than expected. Will buy from them first in the future!
