I had not realized the subscription was an automatic renewal. Having noted the debit on my paypal account I contacted Fadr to cancel the renewal. The support team where both quick to response and attentive to my concern and refunded me without question.

The product works well, among the best stem splitters on the market as of today (Sept. 2026). Support is quick and friendly, very human and straight forward (no AI chat bot on email!). Note that you need to open a ticket through the online support system, emails may or may not be read. The online ticket based support is great!
