Great site! Good attention to the pull down lists and filtering!

When I first went to the website, I found an outfit I liked. There wasn't a size, so I opened a chat. The chat was not online, but it said that I leave my name and email address, and I would get a reply. I waited and waited. I even added more to the chat because it suggested it. And I waited and waited. I never got an email with the answer to my question. Not knowing, I choose something else. I based my size on the cup size of the product. When I received it, I tried and couldn't close the corset because if I did I wouldn't be able to breathe. Then there are no exceptions for returns, which really sucks. I probably will go to the actual store from now on. The other items were satisfactory.

Easy to find and view items. Purchase and delivery experience are good as well.

Great stuff. Some stuff isn’t for me but they do have a variation of things for everyone and their shipping is really fast. You won’t be disappointed

I did not receive one of the items I ordered, but instead received a duplicate of another item. I have emailed the company four times with no response or indication of how they plan to resolve the issue. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I do not want the item replaced at this time, I would just like a refund. I will not be ordering from this company again.
