After i ordered parts, i waited a month. After a month i reached out with an email to find out what was happening. Things went smoothly after that. Just dont feel i should have had to reach out. Parts were in stock, maybe my order got misplaced?

I had no issues ordering my K&N cold air intake and the price was great. I ordered on a Monday and I think I received it on Saturday BUT, some parts are missing from the kit. I emailed support and they were awesome, they responded pretty quickly over a holiday weekend and said nothing could be done at the moment because of the holiday weekend which is totally understandable. They did respond which was great. They followed up Tuesday morning. I did not hear anything from them all day so I emailed them later that day as well as the following day. No response. I called K&N directly. They resolved my issue and are shipping me the missing items. I did reach out to support to let them know that I spoke to K&N and they are handling it. They did respond and said that their warehouse was busy. I get that you're busy BUT when a customer responds that they're missing items for something they already purchased there should be a little bit of a rush on it to resolve the issue. This is why I gave them three stars. If they would have handled it that Tuesday after the holiday I would have gave them five stars. Like I said, it was a great price and I will order from them again. Still do recommend!

I disliked the fact that it took a week to ship my item.

The company seems good at heart, but the box had NO bolts or screws which were required to assemble the CAI, and was missing major parts. I couldnt believe it. But i paid like 150 bucks less than what every other company was selling it for. Probably why it was soo cheap. I triple checked the box and wrap.

Slow Shipping

Need a phone number to talk with an actual person. Spend over a grand on a hood , I want to talk with a real person instead of waiting on Emails .
