Compré un bajo american ultra, con pastillas noiseless que generan un ruido de masa increíblemente fuerte. Tras probar en distintos dispositivos, enviar todas las pruebas realizadas y finalmente enviarlo para su reparación en garantía, tras más de un mes sin el instrumento me lo envían tal como lo envié. No le han hecho nada en absoluto. Ni un informe ni nada. Creo que en instrumentos de varios miles deberían ofrecer un mejor servicio. Mi más sincera opinión sobre esta marca es que está totalmente sobrevalorada. Jamás volveré a comprar Fender y además no lo recomiendo a nadie.

I had a problem with a foot switch, and I was immediately able to get someone on the phone. Mark was super nice and immediately willing to help solve the problem. Great experience, and will be calling if I need help again.

Fender is currently destryoing 70 years of famous music business and passion. What a pity for the employees. Goodbye folks, never buying a Fender (or Charvel etc.) product anymore. (Referring to current Fender lawsuit 2026)

I wanted to share my experience with Mark B. at Fender, customer service From the very beginning, Mark provided what I can only describe as the absolute best customer service I have ever received — truly exceptional and far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Mark went out of their way to exhaust all possibilities in regards to my concern, basically resolved a complex issue that had been outstanding for weeks. He personally follow up multiple times,” “anticipated my needs and offered creative solutions, and direction. His professionalism, patience, expertise, and genuine care turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive one. He didn’t just meet expectations — He exceeded them in every possible way. It is rare to encounter someone who is so dedicated and solution-oriented. I sent an email to customer service with a couple of questions (June 4, 2026) and received a a reply from Mark B. within 2 hours. Mark B. answered my questions in a very polite and professional manner. I subsequently sent him additional questions and he promptly replied. He is a credit to exceptional customer service. Tom T

Mark B Consumer Relations Fender Musical Instruments Corp. Not what I expected in a million years. I contacted Fender support regarding a problem with my Rumble 200 amp. The amp suddenly and inexplicably stopped working. I sent my email and figured that I would never get a response. Mark B replied back the same day and resolved my trouble beyond my wildest dreams. I am 110% thrilled with the customer service I received from Mark B, Bravo sir!!!

Recently purchased a used Am Vintage II Tele that didn't come with the original certificate of authenticity. I contacted Fender support, and Mark B helped me speedily get a new one reissued. Thanks, Mark, for great customer service!
