My second order with them took FOUR WEEKS to arrive. They sent it UPS, and of course, UPS LOST IT in Nashville, where it saw for 3 weeks. (took 1 week for them to actually ship the medicine in the first place; their customer service isn't speedy, and no one there works weekends, Fridays or Mondays, apparently). They told me they would refund my card, then they turned around and CHARGED ME AGAIN because it finally arrived FOUR WEEKS LATER. I had to buy other medicine from a local vet, which cost me an additional $60 than it should have because they cannot get their medicine shipped out properly. Terrible shipping. Terrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I trust my dog's health to their care.

I was sorely disappointed as my order was cancelled internally and took several weeks from the date I expected to receive my 3 pets heartworm protection. We live in the rural area with mosquito issues. The delay out my pets’ health at risk.

First time ever leaving a bad review…. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have never had this much trouble with a company in my life! I’ve been trying to get a prescription sent to my place for almost over a month now. I’ve contacted them every week and still nothing. The vet says they have not received anything. I even called the company and the lady said they would send a request again for the prescription from my vet, and again the vet said they hadn’t received anything. I then emailed the company 3 times now and still nothing to help solve this problem. I’m definitely an advocate to trying new businesses but unfortunately I will not be an advocate for a company who doesn’t care to even respond fast enough when a customer has been trying for almost a month. I have now asked that they just give me my money back. Also I’ve been dealing with this problem since around June 20th to July 17th which is today.

See the other post my wife wrote regarding the poor service. Our most recent delivery ended up being delivered several days after her post. Fetch Rx asked us to call. We did and ended up being hung up on after waiting for a live human. We have heard the excuse that they base delivery on business days. Well, our order was placed on a Friday, we have enough common sense to understand the business day aspect, however a shipping label was created on the day the order was placed. The USPS showed that package was still sitting at Fetch Rx up until Tuesday then sat until Thursday. So their delivery is poor at best. I highly recommend using your local pharmacy for long term meds and urgent meds. Rx plus offers a discount card for pet medications as well. Again if you have a pet who needs urgent medication such as ie: antibiotics, insulin, anti- seizure meds, steroids, etc use your local pharmacy. Delivery has been an issue each time we have ordered. Our first Fetch Rx took a month to be delivered. Nightmare Delivery issues.

*** UPDATE J UNE 11,2026: We reached out and we're hung up on. Poor customer service from the fetch customer service pharmac **** Delivery is a serious nightmare. We have placed to orders and have had serious issues with medications being delivered in a timely manner. My furbaby is undergoing chemotherapy and has been experiencing seizures as a side effect and as a result requires medications for the seizures. The first prescription for seizure meds were filled at a local pharmacy in case we had an issue with confirming the scripts with our oncologist. Ironically not an issue with verification from Onoclogist. Then Fetch Pet Pharmacy sat on a script that was filled and a USPS label made on Friday the 5th. The meds were picked up by USPS at 10 pm on the 8th of June with a promised delivery of June 10th. Due to all of the pharmacy issues we have made 2 trips to the ER vet to pick up enough anti seizure meds to get her through to the date of delivery listed on both Fetch and USPS. Our first issue with medications was it took Fetch Pharmacy. Submission of the first scripts was on May 1, 2026 it took till May 11th for them to verify the prescriptions from Oncology. 10 days to verify with Vet Oncologist. We called out Oncologist per Fetch, after we called Fetch to inquire about the hold up. Per Fetch after we called we were asked to reach out to the Oncology Department and ask if they had received an e-mail and requests for verification to which our Oncologists Pharmacy Technician stated nothing had come across asking for verification. Our Oncologist is the only Oncologist if the practice. After verification we recieved her medications on the 21st is May. That was a whole 20 days we went waiting for medications. The Fetch Insurance is awesome; HOWEVER, their pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. 2 trips to a Vet ER for emergency fills of medications due to a failure to receive medications from Fetch Pet Pharmacy in a timely manner is inexcusable at best. I do not believe employees of Fetch and their pharmacy would be to happy if it were their pet. Again the Insurance itself is awesome. We have learned it is a safer bet to use our local pharmacy because we can count on getting our pets medications on time with no hassle or delay.

I never received my order and the tracking info says it was delivered? can someone please assist

I have used Fetch Rx twice and both times they screwed up my order. I had to call 3 times to get my last order correct and they still put it on autoship and sent the wrong medicine i now have to pay for which I can not use. When you call to talk to someone, you either get a rude person or someone you can barely understand. I will never use them again and am considering changing my pet Insurance bc of their incompetence. When I ordered my most recent medication, I had to call multiple times and they still contacted the wrong vet. My address and new vet were updated online but they still contacted the wrong vet which took longer to get my medicine. My Vet only gave me a prescription for a 3 month supply bc she knew I would need a different medication after 3 months. Since they contacted the wrong vet, they issued a refill, which I did not know about, and my prescription was put on auto-ship, which I did not approve. Now I have a 3-month supply of the wrong medicine, which I have not even opened the envelope and I can not use it, nor can I afford the medication I need so my dog will be without heartworm meds for 3 months. When I called, I spoke with 2 different people, both of whom were rude and did not care and told me it was basically my fault. Very poor customer service! I can not express how bad this service is and it does a huge disservice to Fetch insurance and will most likely cause them to lose a customer
