Update: FedEx delivery was slow and not the due to shipping date of Fetch. I appreciate FETCH's price, but not the delivery. I was told my Rx would be expedited within 2 business days. It did not arrive until 5 business days later, forcing me to obtain an Rx through my vet, where I had to drive 30 miles and pay twice the amount of the Rx.

Hi Becky, Thank you for taking the time to speak with us and allowing us to review your experience. During our conversation, we reviewed the timeline of your order and clarified that your prescription was received Friday evening and approved by our pharmacy on Monday. Because you let us know you were running low on medication, we upgraded your shipment to 2nd business day delivery at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the package experienced an additional delay while in transit. We also reviewed your Autoship schedule and confirmed that refills are available for your upcoming order to help make the next shipment as smooth as possible. Your question regarding your insurance claim has also been forwarded to the appropriate team for assistance. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Thank you again for speaking with us.

It is quite alright yet upsetting coz of the automatic subscription. I didn’t get my first order yet then the one got shipped right away without telling me to cancel or move the date of delivery. I tried to contact the customer service but I couldn’t reach it and always busy. The package that came to me too was open

I just sign up with FETCH. And my first experience l paid which l expected to go towards my deductible. Then my second bill submitted was paid but to my understanding it’s only paid once a year . Now l wasen't happy about that because as far as l am concerned if you have insurance for your family pet insurance shouldn’t have limits as to how often they pay . I pay the premium l want the coverage . I find that these little things are some times very difficult to understand and untrusting .

Hi Dan, we understand that learning how a new insurance plan works can sometimes feel confusing, especially when you're expecting claims to apply in a certain way. Coverage, deductibles, reimbursement, and annual benefit limits vary based on the policy you selected, and we'd be happy to review how your plan works and explain how your recent claims were processed. Our goal is to make sure you have a clear understanding of your benefits and what to expect going forward. Please give us a call at 866-509-0163 (Option 5), and our team will be happy to walk through your policy and answer any questions you may have.

Great prices! Just wish I could upload a picture of my dogs prescription instead of waiting for you to receive it in the mail.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear you enjoyed our prices. We understand the convenience of being able to upload a photo of a prescription directly. However, pharmacy regulations require that we receive either an original written prescription or authorization directly from the prescribing veterinarian before we can dispense prescription medications. If you ever have questions about submitting a prescription, please give us a call at 877-299-0893.

Fetch Pet RX makes it so easy to get your dog’s medication. They will call your Vet to get the copy of the prescription. It can’t get any easier than that. The medication always arrives quickly without any problems.
