Excellent pre-sale customer service by Pam and Jay. I couldn’t decide between the F4R and the F6R, and they both were instrumental in assisting me choose the right wheels for the type of riding I do. I’ve had the wheels for awhile now, but have yet to get them on the road. Fast shipping and great packaging to avoid damages in transit (double boxed).
