Austin is our customer service rep, and he has been amazing! He really cares about his customers and their needs. He also goes that extra mile to make sure we have everything we need by doing a review of our services every few months or addressing any issues which come up. Pipeline Plumbing, Oregon

Outstanding service! Everyone we have encountered during our 1st year has provided fast, efficient & PROACTIVE methods for us to navigate going "live", covid & everything we need to run our business in between.

My 5 Star rating is for Austin Smith. We started using Fieldedge at the same time Covid-19 started. It made things difficult because most of us were working remotely. Through our struggles, we finally ended up getting Austin to help us. I’ve never had anyone be more helpful and patient. If he doesn’t know the answer, he does research to find out. If you have more staff like him, it speaks well for your company.

Thank you for your patience and knowledge. I really appreciate your energy, and your impeccable experience in listening for tone of communication via email or phone call. We have been using FieldEdge for a short time now, and because of Austin being so helpful with any and all of our questions the transition process has been fairly easy so far. I am looking forward to learning how to utilize the system more in depth and I have no doubt in my mind that Austin will be helping our company every step of the way moving forward. Thank you for your great customer service.

Ever since I was introduced to Field Edge they have been AWESOME! The customer service is great and they are willing to help you literally with everything. Austin Smith has been super helpful and he goes above and beyond to help myself and my company with everything. He will not rest until our issue is resolved and we love that about him and Field Edge. The software is very easy to use and very helpful for our HVAC company. This software has helped us go completely paperless and we are just excited about that! Austin has been a great asset to our company and myself and I would recommend this software and Austin to anyone!

We transitioned from ESC to Field Edge about 8 months ago. As with any big change, it was a process, but Field Edge, particularly Lyuda, was there for us all the way! We now feel pretty proficient but still lean on Lyuda as we delve deeper into all the things Field Edge can do!
