Best experience I ever had on a figure site. I've ordered several times from them now, and as js unavoidable, it has happened that a figure arrived with a piece broken and one missing. They immediately helped me sort it out. Got a discount for the break, told how to fix it, and for the missing part they contacted the studio and were able to send that piece to me separately. Very happy with my purchases and experience with their customer service!
