I spoke with a handful of potential Lenders and Finance Factory was the only one to have a conversation about my personal situation. They communicated how the process would progress clearly, and stuck to what they said.

The staff (Brady, Jon, and Barbara) were very knowledgeable and interactive throughout the entire process. I never had a question go unanswered and was always kept in the loop with updates and feedback. Jon is experienced and pleasant to work with. I looked forward to talking and working with him whenever he called with new information on my loan. If I ever need financial assistance again, I will definitely use this company, they got me exactly what I asked for. Great job to all involved in helping me!
