Complete Disappointment
This company promised far more than they delivered. From the beginning, I was upfront about potential challenges with my situation, and I was led to believe they could secure funding close to what I needed. In reality, they only obtained a small fraction of the amount requested, and the interest rate ended up being more than double the maximum rate they had originally discussed. What they failed to explain was that they were not directly providing the funding. Instead, they were simply connecting me with public lenders, resulting in multiple small loans rather than the financing solution I expected. I was also told the process would take 24–48 hours, but it ended up taking weeks to receive results that were far below expectations. The one thing they were prompt about was collecting their fee. After failing to deliver what was promised, they were quick and persistent when it came time to send their invoice. Overall, the experience was disappointing, misleading, and not worth the cost.
