Brandon was my initial contact at Finance Factory. He explained the process of getting loans and the fees they charge for their service. They are the broker. He was not pushy and even told me to check around to other companies. I did and found them to be the best fit for me. Called Brandon back to move forward. Sent me all the paperwork and I was assigned to John who was also incredible. He walked me through all the paperwork for my loans and essentially it was like he was by my side the whole way…. Priscilla was extremely informative, patient, and responsive. She guided me through the process and explained any questions I had thoroughly. The Finance Factory knows how to get the loans you are seeking based on your personal needs and financial situation thanks to their experience. It comes with a finders' fee of course, but I personally think it is worth it, because if I attempted to apply for the same loans on my own, I might have been rejected for not knowing how to best fill out the applications. They were able to secure me and another family member with over $200k across a few lenders. Thank you so much!
