This is my second rug from Fine Rug Collection. Honestly the best quality and most beautiful rugs. It was informed when it knowing shipped, that it was in route and given estimated delivery. As soon as it was delivered I was notified. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

The rug that was “new “ and from the vault is beautiful in color but is clearly damaged- glue, dry rot and worn and smelled. I hope I hear from the company to fix this situation and am quite upset. Do not buy from them unless this is an unfirtunate fluke and they take responsibility but very very unhappy.

Buyers beware!!!! Your website says free return shipping but I cannot get a response back from you to start the return process. I need a return shipping label. You never answer the phone. You have not returned my calls after leaving voice mails. I tried contacting you through your website with no response. I have also emailed you and again, no response. I feel like you purposely do not response in order to let the 30 return policy to expire. I am out $840 and I have a rug that does not work in my space, making it unsuable.

The quality of the rug was outstanding....exactly what I was looking for!
