The Wind Guard we received after ordering turned so nice, really good quality too! Thank you, we are extremely happy we ordered from you folks!

Communication was solid before and during the purchase, and the packaging was also well done. However, after delivery, follow-up from the staff to fix a small issue (like a missing screw) was nonexistent. I’ll have to find another solution for my three other firepits. Every customer interaction counts, and it’s disappointing to leave only ⭐️⭐️, but finishing strong is just as important as starting well.

Product arrived in a timely manner and looks great. Looking forward to enjoying it for years.

very good, perfect

They did exactly what they were supposed to do. Perfect fit, delivered on time in perfect condition. The packaging is bulletproof, someone would have to intentionally mishandle the packaging in order to break it. That was my worry. The materials and finish are top notch.

I worked on it it's very good

Great product and service.

Great fast delivery! thanks!
