Going into the process of designing and equipping a unique fire pit I only knew what I wanted. Mike at Flame Creations worked with me and helped me figure out what I needed. He is very knowledgeable and understood what I was trying to accomplish. The product shipped quickly. I would highly recommend Flame Creations for both quality of product and excellent customer service.

Great product, quick shipment. It wasn't specifically for XMAS, but came so quickly we treated as our XMAS gift this year. Very happy!
