Flame Creation, LLCReviews of flamecreation.com

Arrived as advertised and on time.. very well secured... Looks prefect on our firepit

I was told per phone that they could send one 7 inch by 5 inch lava rock. Instead I was sent a 12 inch by 18 inch rock instead. I can't use it for my purposes and have not been able to chisel it down or break it to reduce the size. This is robbery! Yikes!

I ordered a large amt. of fire glass and they gave me an additional discount. Answered my questions and got my order to me in just a few days.

Excellent quality of fire rocks. Timely delivery.

Mike was excellent in all aspects of customer service.

Ordering was easy. Arrived quickly and packed well. Nice quality product.

We've looked for the right cover for our custom-made fire pit for quite some time and finally found the perfect one! We hesitated a bit, due to the cost, but decided it's worth it, if our investment (the fire pit) is protected from the elements of our Michigan seasons. We followed the instructions for measurements and it fits perfectly! Keeps everything dry underneath, as the raindrops just bead off the cover. Highly recommend!

Excellent product and top quality. Lead time of 3 months is excessive. Should maintain just in time inventory to improve customer satisfaction.
