Quick and good customer service
Quick and good customer service, The product works great but if you live outside from the usa you have to pay taxes. And i had to pay 40€ !! I Highly recommend to buy from europe or china.

I could see how this product would be good or useful, however it is not compatible with my AG9 afterglow headphones. I will be returning.

We're sorry the product is not compatible with your specific headphones. We hope that you may consider changing your rating after you return the product, as we're more than happy to provide a refund. We like to think of the Trustpilot review system as something that reviews our company and customer service, rather than a product compatibility review. Thank you for your consideration.

Customs requested additional information, delaying customs release. Customer was not available for delivery at first attempt.
