Ps4 controller cases (2) were defective
Ps4 controller case was defective. Second one was also trash. I would not buy any replacement cases from here ever again. Wasted money. Plus shipping is way over priced.

Terrible Experince
I had a terrible experience ordering an internal cooling fan. When I received the fan, one of the wires was cut so it could not function. I emailed them letting them know It was very important to me to receive this fan before the weekend. Unfortunately they did not offer Saturday delivery. When I emailed to the Customer service representative, I was under the impression that they would ship a replacement part, even though I wouldn’t recieve it when I needed it, i still accepted that offer. A few days later I received an email saying my money had been refunded. All in all, I received my fan about 3 weeks after I actually needed it. As someone who works in the e-commerce business, I was very disappointed with my experience here.
