In GPS mode, the drone maintains stable altitude, direction, and position using satellite data. If GPS is not locked before takeoff, especially outdoors, the drone may drift or become unstable — which can lead to the kind of issues you described. We want to clarify that FlightElf is a U.S.-operated company, with customer service and logistics based in California. While our products are manufactured in China (like many electronics, including DJI), we stand behind our products and do offer warranty support. Your order was placed on June 20, 2025, and your cancellation request came in approximately 6 hours after purchase. By that time, our warehouse had already processed and shipped your order, as we always aim to ship as quickly as possible to offer fast service to our customers. We understand your concerns and genuinely tried to assist you both before and after the sale. If a package is refused or returned unopened, we will always try to work with the customer — but shipping costs and policies are clearly outlined on our site. Despite this, you demanded that we provide you with a free drone simply because you claimed to have many followers. When we refused, you chose to leave a negative review. This behavior is not only unfair but also misleading to other customers who are genuinely interested in our products. Flightelf does not give away drones in exchange for reviews, and we will not tolerate attempts to damage our reputation through false statements or unreasonable demands. We stand by our products, our service, and our real customers. We kindly ask that you remove your misleading review. Otherwise, we will escalate this matter to Trustpilot for further investigation, as your review violates their policy against false or manipulated feedback.
