The only issue, was when I bought the ticket at first, it cost one price and then I had to pay $100+ more the next day when I received a call that the flight back there were no seats in the cabin so I had to upgrade if I wanted the same date, though I had paid for it thinking I was all set because that’s what was advertised. I was able to pay about $50 less for the new price thanks to Mary Jones, but that was still a lot of money to pay for the flight when the original was definitely less.

Mark helped me and was very accommodating and helped me get a good price. The only complaint I have is that the website needs to be updated. The chat line is not available all day long nor is the customer service. This is understandable because of Covid but still needs to be updated. The price online is much less than the phone price. I saved $200 by going with this company and not booking through the airline.

I have work with Mark, your senior sales consultant. He communicate well and displayed professionalism. However Initial [process of website quote and actual paid price had a substantial difference. and I end up paying much more then I led to believe initially. It seems your business model hinges on first luring customer in with low price offer, get their all relevant info including credit card number, then stating such price is no longer available and work with them candidly to offer going current rate, I understand competitive nature of the business. on positive note Working with Mark was a pleasure and appreciate his help. In future I would not hesitated to work with mark if you display upfront clarity in price quote on your website

The service was excellent the fact that the price I paid was more than double the advertised price was quite a disappointment the old bait and switch that's why you get a 3 my agecr ts were very helpful and courteous Thanks Emma

An easy experience except for having the price of the tickets rise by over $200 and then being told I had to switch It. Not necessarily the agency’s fault and I’m flying during a holiday. Otherwise, It was fine
