Hugo was very nice but the lower priced flight I booked and thought I had was unavailable. It seemed odd, why do they allow you to book a flight and then call the next day stating you have to pay a higher price for the same flight? It originally was $254 cheaper, now $100 cheaper than if I booked direct but still unsettling when dealing with an online company for the first time.

It is not a book on the Website style service. You’re given one price online and then they call you with other options. I was definitely disappointing but Jenny Smith was very helpful and able to book other flights still saying me a few hundred dollars!

Albert was great, kind, and professional. He would be 5 stars, company however 3, due to the fact that the rate was misrepresented when I booked . I did read this was a flaw with this company and took the risk anyway hoping the reviews were wrong. Pretty shady that your company does that!

At first I thought this was a scam but I took a chance and it ended up being a good experience. Even when I got upset my agent Jenny Smith that i was working with reassured me and i`m glad I did. I got my ticket for a lot cheaper than booking through Southwest directly

Bait and switch for sure, but I did get tickets at a reasonable price. Not any better than directly from the airline itself, but in line with it. They’ll never be able to give you the originally advertised price. I won’t use again.

We Sincerely apologize that we did not exceed the standards and didn't meet your expectations as sometimes the situation gets beyond our reach because of the sudden changes in the prices and policies governed by the airlines. I understand that this sounds very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under the disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. However it goes without saying that you would prefer your customer to discuss issues with you in person, but even an overly emotional online review might contain a bit of insight. Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team. They’ve asked me to revise my review (I did but I guess it didn’t stick). When I booked the tickets, the prices were $100 less until they called me and said no more seats in economy. Now I just need to get a hold of them to fix the birth year of one of the passengers. I’ve been calling for 2 days straight more than 10x a day and NO ONE is answering. The one time someone did answer, she sounded like I woke her up and she told me their system was down and to call back the next day. Still no answer. Albert reached out to me and corrected the birth year for the passenger. Apparently they close for a couple of days during the week? I’m not sure, but I stand by review of how frustrating it was to try and get a hold of someone.
