FLIGHTS NESTReviews of flightsnest.com

This company is a fraud, I never received my tickets despite making numerous attempts to get them. A few hours before my flight they told me that they couldn’t get my tickets. I lost more than $5,000 worth of trip reservations.

This is the worst company to buy a flight ticket from. I called multiple times on 5/11/25 to the customer service line and their staff is horrible. They refused to provide me their names or let me speak to a supervisor and never sent the flight tickets we were expecting. Will never purchase through them again what a horrible experience.

Negative stars are more appropriate. I never leave reviews but hoping someone else will read this and it will save them from what we went through. Booked a trip for my boyfriend to travel from Augusta to Vermont because the pricing was great and he could fly from our hometown for the same price as other sites were charging if we flew out of Atlanta or Columbia. This is when the nightmare begins. Was informed that the online pricing was no longer available and they tried to give us a price of much more than what was advertised with their reasoning that we were still getting a good deal based off regular airline ticket prices. I said that was false advertising and they came down to about $80.00 more than the original quote which I thought was fair so decided to proceed through with the booking of the tickets. The person I dealt with Jenny Smith seemed very nice, but all she did was extend empty promises. Was informed that we would receive an Eticket the next evening. Never did. Called the next morning. Was told same thing again, should receive ticket within an hour. Didn't receive until later that afternoon. Everything seemed legit. Got up next morning and arrived at airport at 5am and was told that the card used to purchase the ticket was not valid. He missed his flight. Called back and spoke with Jenny again and she apologized and offered to put him on a later flight that same day and would credit our card back $100 for our inconvenience which we reluctantly accepted. Was told would have the new ticket in an hour. Finally received 5 hours later, 3 hours before the flight. He was able to board his flight with no issues. For the return flight, was told same thing that the ticket would be sent 48-72 hours before the flight. Never was. Had to call several times to get return ticket to be sent. Once i received the ticket I checked with American Airlines to confirm the tickets were good and was told they were. Fast forward to his return flight on yesterday, he arrives at the airport which was over 2 hours away from where he was visiting and was told that his flight had been cancelled, that the tickets had been paid for then cancelled. So, he again missed his flight. Was told they could book him for an evening flight. He had no choice but to sit at the airport for 6 hours because there was only one more flight that day for where he was traveling to. Again, was told ticket would be sent in an hour, took almost 3 hours to get ticket. They did not honor refund they said they would send. They did not value anyone's time or care that they have caused missed flights and time out of other people's lives for their negligence. This is most definitely a SCAM operation, and I really hope this helps someone else from not going through the same nightmare they caused us. Edit, After leaving this review I called back to check on the status of said "refund". System must recognize phone number because they would either pick up and hang up or pick up and immediately put you on hold and never answer. Called from another number and they immediately answered. First guy said "oh refund has already been processed but can take 7-14 days". Fast forward about an hour later I get a call from Jenny now saying "oh we just processed it today and you should receive it within 24-48 hours". Of course that hasn't happened but in the same sentence I was asked to remove the negative review from the site.

Company is a SCAM . Looked into it and they are not connected to better business berea at all and I have the proof. I booked a flight for my family for $512 and got scammed. Do NOT book with these people. You’ve been warned

February 24th 2025- I bought round trip tickets 2 months ago. Received my flight ticket 36 hrs before. I called American to verify the flight because of the reviews. American stated that the ticket was just paid for less than 24 ago and it’s only a 1 way ticket, and it was booked with a different credit card. American also stated that it looked like the company tried to book the return flight but cancelled it multiple times because it had 11 different confirmation numbers! Thank god I booked extra flights just in case weeks before after I read reviews! I was able to use the ticket that global flight catchers (flights nest) gave me for my flight out. They then called me 2 days before my return flight was supposed to leave and stated that the flight was completely booked and wanted me to change my dates! I obviously told them no and I wanted a refund. They are supposed to issue my refund! We will see! Also, my friends went through the company to and was supposed to join us on our trip to Colorado but was not able to come. They received the tickets the night before they were supposed to leave and 1 was able to get a boarding pass but the other was not. American said that they would need to come to the counter. So they got up the next day for their flight early, went to DFW, and was told that the ticket did not go through. Basically the payment that the company submitted did not go through and they didn’t have tickets at all. The company told them that the ticketing office wasn’t open yet that they a Would have to leave the next day! My friends decided it was too much of a hassle and went home very upset that their first ski trip was ruined! They had already paid for a condo for 4 nights! They will not be able to get that money back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Would give this a 0 star if I could. Purchased flight tickets in January for a flight in February to go skiing. Got tickets sent the day before the flight. Tickets were invalid and I had to contact them from the airport and the offered next day flight. Already packed, had an Airbnb booked that we got with friends and never took our trip! A truely embarrassing experience at the airport and to our friends. Never Never buy from this company!!!

Iam very pleased with the service Hugo Racabaran gave me, he was very helpful and did his best for my trip. I definitely recommend it.
