⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service! I had a wonderful experience with the delivery of my Rebol massage chair! Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and arrived ahead of schedule. They even called an hour in advance to let me know. One gentleman took his time explaining how to operate the chair, which I truly appreciated. I sent them off with bottled water for their trip back to Tampa! A special thank you to Madison in customer service for her consistent follow-ups and daily text updates. From start to finish, the communication and service were exceptional. Thank you, Rebol, for a great experience!

After doing a lot of research, I settled on the Floridian brand Massage Chair. In all honesty, I didn't settle. I picked the best Massage Chair that fit all my needs after careful research. From start to finish it's been a great experience from the delivery to taking away Aches and pains that medicine and surgeries couldn't do. Even after a minor issue, I was treated like I was a perspective customer instead of an existing one. It was as if I bought a Ferrari. In hindsight, I think I got the Ferrari of Massage Chair chairs. Ganzy and Robert have been great throughout the whole process and I have recommended The Floridian brand to several friends. The ones that bought one have been extremely happy. One who didn't listen ended up buying one later. So if you're out for a great Massage Chair at a fair price, that's solid quality not like these cheap ones you see On Amazon, you can't go wrong with Floridian brand.

Everything was great, but communication at first was slow. I thought I was being a scam, but the gentleman start texting me and everything was great. The delivery guys very knowledgeable picked up the trash. They were very good. I like highly recommend them says that I love my chair thank you very much.

So far we are loving our massage chair from Floridian. We had a great sales report named Michael who helped us out every step of the way, including pickup. I hope everything continues to go well with our chair, but knowing the customer service is so good (from other reviews), I think we are in good hands.

We purchased Floridian Brand massage chair without plan. Just sat down we both love it at store. Anyway it delivered by Mr.Ganzy & Mr. Phil. Yes they called me on the way. Around 20-30mints to set up also they explained how to use it. So they set up for us! And after we use machine I notice some drop sound. I sent message about it. This time Mr.Ganzy and Mr. Kai showed up. They actually open chair and showed me inside tested all kind of setting. It was nothing broken, just electric cord was hit bottom of it. Also Ms.Madison is the one answered all my questions through message. She was always quick responding. I really recommend Floridian Brand Massage chair. We are using everyday!! We were able to test out the chair prior to purchasing which was nice as we were able to confirm it was a good fit for our need. Top technology, lots of massage options, sleek style, & very comfortable. We are thrilled with our purchase. The individuals we have worked with from sales, to coordinating delivery to the gentlemen who delivered the chair, everyone has been very professional and super easy to work with. The communication has been great, we received updates every couple of weeks while awaiting the delivery & the chair delivered when they said it would. We have enjoyed our experience working with everyone at Floridian.

I’ve owned my rebel massage chair for about two years now, and recently I had a small issue with the massage system. I reached out to the company, and they arranged for a technician to come to my home and take care of it. The technician, Ganzy, was absolutely wonderful. Let me tell you, this young gentleman really knows what he’s doing. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. After owning the chair for two years, it’s great to know Floridian Brand is still there to support their customers after the sale. I really appreciate the entire team for taking care of me. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

Madison's consistent updates we beyond expectation. Her expeditious response time, left no room to question her professionalism. She always made us feel important, which made us feel even more happier with our purchase. Despite a little hick up with the first attempted delivery (wrong color), and us moving, Madison's level of customer service was above reproach. Not to mention the gentlemen who made our delivery, Ganzy and Kai, calling when they were 30 minutes out amd confirming our address, absolutely appreciated! Top notch!
