Once payments are made, all our customers receive access to their files IMMEDIATELY after their payments have been posted and their purchases have been completed. Moreover, a lot of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the presets that we offer, and they were more than happy and generous to share their positive experience with us. I just checked on our all our emails and order list. However, we couldn’t find ANY QUERIES or ANY EXISTING ORDERS under your name.
