Hi Lennie, thank you so much for the kind words and for being a loyal Replikanto user for the past 2–3 years! It truly means a lot to hear that the platform has been consistently solid for you. We put a lot of effort into keeping things reliable and making sure our support team is always easy to reach, so it's great to know that comes through. We're lucky to have long-term users like you, here's to many more years ahead!

Mark, thank you so much for taking the time to write this! I really appreciate it. That situation was a tricky one indeed. When multiple platforms need to work together (NinjaTrader, Bulenox, Replikanto, and Risk Master all in the loop), pinpointing the root cause from the logs alone can be a real puzzle. I'm glad we were able to dig through the NinjaTrader logs together and find that one setting in Risk Master that was causing the issue. That's exactly the kind of support we aim to provide. You deserve to trade with full confidence in your setup, and knowing you're back on track with a fix makes it all worth it. Looking forward to supporting your continued success!

Will, thank you so much for this incredibly kind review, it genuinely made my day! You're right that NinjaTrader keeps us on our toes with constant updates, but that's exactly what drives me to make sure FlowBots tools stay sharp and reliable no matter what the platform throws at us. I'm thrilled the switch from Replikanto felt like such a breath of fresh air, both in performance and support. That's always the goal. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this, welcome to the FlowBots family! 🙌
