Total scam, I got diverted from my local florist website to this one on Google search, didn't realise until much later in the day when I called my local florist and they didn't have the order and are not affiliated with this website. They also said they've been having issues with customers being diverted to scam websites but Google won't do anything about it. No answer to emails, phone line never gets answered and no flowers arrived, but money taken. I'm going to go via my bank for a refund.

WARNING!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! DOnt USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They took my money with hundreds of other people, Im sorry I never read the reviews first. There is no customer service (they dont answer phones or email you back) they dont delivery BUT they take your money!!!!!! Just order from a local florist - save yourself the trouble! I have now raised a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back. I hope they are infested by fleas from a million camels!

Be careful, I clicked an Interflora Link, but it was reponded and order taken by this company. Too late I realised and goodness knows where my delivery is????

Absolutely terrible service, ordered flowers for my besties birthday, then got an email at 5pm to say they wouldnt be delivering after my friend waited in all day and had her birthday ruined. Then they say 10 days to process a refund, any correspondance is AI so you cant even express frustration to someone who might give a damn. Dont go near them , scam outfit

£92 for flowers not delivered can’t access there customer care team Stay clear of this company save yourself from the frustration and hassle I’ve had utterjoke

This business will take your money and fail to deliver any flowers. Avoid at all costs. The only thing "flowery" about this business is the AI generated emails they use to excuse their lack of business acumen. Action a refund with your card provider immediately.

Still waiting for a refund of £60 for flowers ordered on the 8th june 26. Order was cancelled by them day after I ordererd them. Been in touch several times and they do reply but still no refund. It's a terrible company to deal with please avoid ordering from them.

This scam works on the basis the sender will not see the flowers delivered. Therefore small poor quality bouquets. They may be just a correspondence network but as a company not doing due diligence. AVOID.
