Flowershop network is a total SCAM - looks like im not alone in this, they took my order, took my cash, confirmed the delivery, but the flowers never arrived, tried calling them and after 45 minuts got to number 1 in the queue and the line went dead. I emailed them and they apologised and said they had cancelled the order and now ive emailed them they would arrange a refund in the next 5 days which i'm waiting for. any cancellation should have triggered an automatic refund!

I rate this company ZERO The same as most others…. Ordered 2 days before my mums birthday…. 2 days after her birthday they emailed to say can’t fill order as can’t find a florist with sufficient stock and they cancelled my order. Still waiting for refund. Bloody scammers

This company is an absolute disaster. My partner paid £150 for 3 sets of flowers to arrive on a Friday in Feb. This was not the case. This company is a total SCAM! They withdrew the money, no flowers arrived and when we went to check the order status / track the order, the order number was invalid. My partner was on the line for 45 minutes at the back of the queue and when he got to number one the line cut off. The same thing happened to me, on the phone, got to number one in line and it cut me off. They then finally responded to an email after being threatened with legal action to then decide to tell us they do not ship to our location... what would have happened if we did not threaten with legal action? Keep our money and by the looks of things, mess around with others' too!

Placed order for same day delivery. Didn't arrive. They didn't respond to emails or answer the phone. I'm worried that they might be scammers.

Paid next day delivery. However Two failed attempts to locate a florist. And they confirmed a refund would be issued between3-5 working days. No refund received but 1 week later the flowers were Delivered. Which was pointless as I used a local florist which I should have done in the first place. Shocking service don’t use waste of £60

I placed an order with this company but they described the delivery address ss rural, so declined to deliver, eventually got a refund.

I placed an order for a very expensive arrangement for my wifes birthday 3 weeks in advance as I work abroad & wanted to make sure it was all in place. On the day of her birthday they wrote to me telling me they were unable tofind a suitable florist and would be unable to deliver anything to my wife.
