Absolute wasters. Took my money then cancelled my order on the day the flowers were due to be delivered. When I complained they offered a mealy-mouthed apology and a refund within 5 days. After numerous unanswered emails and no contact from them I finally got my refund 2 weeks later, but only after instigating a chargeback via my bank.

A similar story to so many others. I paid by credit card for flowers with same day delivery that were not received. No response to email, prolonged period at number 2 in a phone queue. The next morning I see a see a pending transaction on my statement for 0.00 from ApplePay St Louis, that I don’t use. Card blocked, dispute raised. I would advise everyone NOT TO USE this site.

I wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Ordered a bouquet for my Mum’s birthday. I recieved an email late on the day of arranged delivery stating that they could not deliver the bouquet due to the florist being too busy or them not having the right flowers. Pathetic. This business should be taken out of the marketplace.

Flowers were cancelled 11:30am the day they were due to be delivered. No refund yet. Can't contact the company via email or phone.

Zero if I could total scam, wish I’d checked trust pilot first, same as lots of others email next day saying can’t deliver and would refund, you guessed it NO refund, avoid this company like the plague
