Three of the items ordered were not in the shipment. They were not even on the packing list. I had to wait until after the holiday and call. I was told they were on back order. They were out of stock. They could have notified me so I did not think they were missed on the order

Not happy had to pay shipping costs for oven hoods with a very similar item number to previous ones ordered will not order again from FMP unless i absolutely have to many other places to choose from

It is customary for freight charges to be associated to product shipments. These are third party charges to ensure the most efficient delivery of a customer’s order. If a customer returns and reorders a different product, there would be freight charges on both the order and the return unless the original item was sent in error. Some times shipping is fast and sometimes shipping is slow it’s truly 50/50. What I don’t think is very good however each time I’ve called about those 50/50 orders is customer service. Each time, everyone is rude, no call back and never anything solved. Basically just waited 1 month for 9 parts because 1 was out of stock. Makes no sense. Customer service should ship partially completed and back order 1 item. So expect 50/50 results with ordering.

Ordered this material with a 9 day(working days) ETA on 11-20-20. After 2 calls nobody knew where the order was, 3rd call was given an ETA of 12-7-20. 4th call said it should be here by week of 1-19-21. Received Item on 1-12 21. The part was as described and in good condition and is working well. They need to work on their shipping information. \ note: two of those shipping days were during the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I gave them a little leeway for that.

Had trouble placing this order. I was a new customer and the website offered a 10% discount on first purchase for signing up with my email. I did that when I went to use the promo code it said it was invalid and to contact customer service. I used CS on line and was told to cancel order out and start again. I did that still didn't work, contacted CS and they could figure it out. CS messaged IT with the understanding they would get back to me. Never got back to me. Still waiting. Needed the item asap had already waited three days so I ordered it today. Promo code still didn't work, ordered any way but they have an unhappy customer.
