Great items and fast shipping. Wholesale pricing for service companies like myself, need to be more in line with other competitors. Most of my purchases are from your competitors because of substantially lower prices. I hope to see lower prices so you can become my primary vendor again.

FMP has always provided me with quality products. I have always been able to reach out to them, and get a reply. They have always gone above & beyond in every situation for me. There have been times where I had odd, and very specific questions, and they took the time to get me that information. The reason it's 4 stars is because there has been a couple of times where 1 item on my order was backordered, and I would be told a date to expect it to arrive, and then it change at least 2 more times. I am okay if it changes once, but more that once is very extreme, and that typically means when I relay an approx. time frame to my customer, and then it changes 2+ times, they begin to get irritated, and feel jerked around. Other than that, they are a fantastic group to do business with!
