I ordered on line and I received a phone call from Chris to go over order and to make sure that I had all of the right specs for the purchase we made. They were on top of it and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Everytime I called and talked with a different person I would get different pricing. There's needs to be consistency in pricing.

Home theater first time do-it-yourselfer here. Knew nothing about the process. Called Focused Technology, and met Chris in the sales department. Through multiple calls over several weeks. Chris helped me figure everything out. I'm sure he thought I was a kook at a couple of times, but he was always knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. In the end, I made my selection, after seeing several other products in person at local retailers. I went with Chris, and he beat everyone's price by a big margin. Because of the fast fulfillment of the order, I've been enjoying my new home theater immensely over the last few weeks.

I ordered a 12x12 Da-Lite screen. The price was reasonable, and it arrived within two weeks. I wasn't sure where my tracking number was, but I asked and received a reply promptly.
