the outdoor movie theater I purchased from Focused Technology is a big success in my house. I did have a problem with connecting the projector to the speakers, but once I found an adapter, which only cost $4.00, that problem was quickly rectified. In fact I had to lower the sound because I started receiving calls, from my neighbors, asking me to turn the sound down.

I purchased a projection camera that the disc manual was bad and they promptly took care of the problem. I had placed the order on Saturday and the projector was delivered on Wednesday. That's fast. Thank you

UPS snafu had my projector sent back to Focused Technology before I even received it. Was on a time crunch with my AV guys and couldnt afford to wait for the projector to be sent back to them and then resent. These guys saved the day shipping me a replacement before even receiving the old one back. Class acts

Bought twice from them. Excellent service both times (they pick up the phone!). Also lowest price by far. Beat B&H and Sweetwater!

These guys were super. I did not need the screen so they discounted the system we wanted to eliminate the screen. Also, the projector vendor did not ship as promised so Focus Technologies sent it from their location with 2-day delivery. Could not have been happier and we had our Father's Day outdoor premier just as we had planned.
