Hey Noah!
I’m honestly not sure what happened here- we did objectively make the hoods larger and made the feel of the fabric a softer fleece and super soft on the outside to the touch. The material is now 320gsm instead of 280gsm, and the measurements are modeled after some of the biggest hoodie companies in the world and tested/worn by tens of thousands of our other customers that absolutely love them.
For the yellow hoodie appliqué color- of our customers asked for the blue/green denim color instead of the plain green- but you can totally have your opinion on that! I just don’t know if that warrants the amount of anger from this review?
We are so sorry you don’t recommend them anymore, and we also did not switch manufacturers since you got your original hoodie from us. The weight is the same, the quality is now objectively better, and we switched it from French Terry cotton to a softer fleece blend.
Again, you can totally have your opinion, but I want to make sure anyone reading this knows some of these claims are not truth and are made based on assumptions.
And our customer support team of MJ, Chloe, or I here in our NJ small warehouse would love to help you get your correct mystery tee size, have you contacted us about that so we can make it right? Again, super sorry about that mix up!
Update:
Noah, I fully appreciate and respect your opinion! The fleece is softer, and a lot of customers like that more than the French Terry thickness and roughness on the inside. You can totally have your own subjective preference, but many of our other customers that received our updated hoodie fit and materials have loved it based on their reviews.
When I said 320 gsm, I was speaking of our latest run of hoodies and that is the material going forward. 280 gsm was our run between December-this past April. You may have been speaking about our first run of French Terry hoodies back a year or two ago, so if I misunderstood that, totally on me!
