Hey Sab! Totally get why you're frustrated, and you are completely valid in feeling that way!
We are sorry for the delay and want you to know our team of MJ, Chloe, and Jenny in the warehouse have been doing their absolute best to keep up with customer service while we are in the busiest time of our small business- we are only a team of 4 if that gives any context! Now, since this is public and missing some crucial info, I wanted to clear the air here!
Regarding your estimated delivery date for the pre-order item, your yellow Jesus saves zip up hoodie was originally scheduled to get to our warehouse on that date we gave you initially.
UPS is the carrier that was supposed to deliver the shipment to our warehouse on the original date 2+ weeks prior to when it actually shipped. We were asking every day where the shipment was since we did promise many customers that original date, and we were told they were delayed because another big shipment was requested to have the address changed for 200+ boxes, which caused the entire 300 box shipment (including our 100 boxes of zip up hoodies) to be delayed for days.
Again, that is not your fault, not on you and you are totally okay to be frustrated. Trust me, we were frustrated, too.
I am curious if you did see our instagram story update or the 3 emails we sent out to all customers who had ordered a pre-order zip up hoodie that was included in this delay, maybe it went to your spam? Those emails were sent to the few thousand customers who were part of this pre-order.
Regarding you asking for the cancellation, that was either the morning or afternoon of yesterday, in which we finally got some boxes of the yellow zip ups in, including the zip up that was waiting to send out for your order.
We all came into the warehouse yesterday and immediately began shipping the zip ups to get them out asap and into the hands of USPS as soon as possible because of the extra delay that all zip up customers experienced.
Once we saw your email asking for a cancellation, your order was already shipped and ready to be picked up along with hundreds of others.
Also, regarding the ‘label created’ status and whether or not that means something is shipped, ‘label created’ means there was a purchased shipping label put onto your packaged hoodie ready for shipment. The shipment changes to ‘in transit’ status whenever USPS decides to scan it into their system. That is up to them and they can sometimes wait until the package reaches the bigger regional facility to actually update the tracking from the initial ‘label printed’ status.
I hope this makes sense and lets you know we weren’t trying to be tricky!! And we appreciate your understanding with the struggles of a growing small business and the supply chain delays we have hit in these last few months.
We hope you enjoy your hoodie and tee and thank you for your support!!
