Dear Manuel, Thank you for sharing your experience. We take every review seriously and want to address your concerns with full transparency. First and foremost, we want to be absolutely clear: no parcels were stolen, lost, or misappropriated by Forwardme. Your shipments are accounted for, and we would never withhold or mishandle a customer's goods. Here is what actually happened: Your packages were destined for a region affected by an active conflict. During transit, the chosen courier made the decision to suspend deliveries to certain destinations due to the ongoing war in the region — a decision that was entirely theirs to make, and one that affected many shipments, not just yours. As a result, a number of packages were returned mid-route. Once we became aware of the situation, we arranged for your parcels to be reshipped through an alternative carrier to ensure they could reach you. This process took time, and we understand that the lack of clear communication during this period was frustrating — that is something we are actively working to improve. We are sorry that this situation caused you significant stress, and we genuinely understand how alarming it must have felt not to receive updates. However, we must respectfully but firmly clarify that characterizing this as theft is not accurate. Forwardme acted in good faith throughout and took steps to resolve a situation caused by extraordinary external circumstances. If you have any remaining concerns regarding your shipment status, we encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can provide you with a full account of your case. Warm Regards, The Forwardme Team

Dear Suliman, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 😊 We're really glad we could step in quickly when the FedEx issue came up — tracking down those details and making sure everything was sorted is exactly what we're here for. It means a lot to hear that the follow-up felt clear and helpful rather than stressful. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to the team. Can't wait to help you with your next shipment! Warm Regards, The ForwardMe Team
