I purchased the Swift Horse Pro X-6E with high expectations, and overall, it has been an incredibly fun and enjoyable e-bike to own. The power, ride quality, and overall value make it an excellent option for anyone looking to get into the world of electric bikes. What stood out most, however, was the customer service. A few weeks after purchase, my control panel failed unexpectedly. I contacted Freesky support and was impressed by how responsive and professional they were throughout the process. They quickly approved the warranty claim and shipped a replacement control panel directly from China. Their communication was excellent, and they followed through on their commitment to support their product. That said, my experience hasn't been entirely without issues. From the beginning, I've had persistent rear brake rubbing that I have been unable to resolve despite following Freesky's adjustment instructions and performing multiple adjustments myself. At this point, I suspect the rear brake rotor may be warped. Because the bike is still brand new, I had hoped a replacement rotor and brake components would be provided under warranty rather than requiring an out-of-pocket repair. Despite these concerns, the bike has performed very well overall, and the control panel and brake issues are the only significant problems I've encountered. The riding experience itself has been outstanding, and I would confidently recommend the Swift Horse Pro X-6E to anyone seeking a capable entry-level e-bike. My one recommendation to Freesky would be to strengthen quality-control inspections before shipping. Addressing issues such as faulty control panels and brake alignment at the factory would transform a very good customer experience into an exceptional one. The company's customer service has proven they stand behind their products; now I'd love to see that same level of excellence reflected in the initial build quality.

I have absolutely been loving my Freesky Warrior Pro. It has quickly become one of the best purchases I've made for transportation, fitness, and recreation. I outfitted mine with the rear rack system, which has been incredibly useful for grocery runs and everyday errands around the city. Having the cargo capacity makes the bike much more practical than a typical e-bike and allows me to leave my car at home for many short trips. I also use the Warrior Pro as my daily gym commuter. My commute is approximately 10 km each way, and the bike handles the distance effortlessly. The battery life has been excellent for my needs, and the bike has more than enough power to maintain comfortable cruising speeds while tackling hills with ease. One of the standout features of the Warrior Pro is its power. The dual-motor setup is simply a blast to ride. When I switch into dual-motor mode and take the bike onto forest trails, it transforms into an off-road machine. The amount of torque available is impressive, and the bike climbs steep hills and rough terrain with very little effort. There have been sections of trail where I expected to have to walk the bike, but the Warrior Pro powered through without hesitation. What I appreciate most is its versatility. It serves as a practical commuter, a grocery-getter, a fitness companion, and an adventure bike all in one package. Whether I'm riding through the city streets, commuting to the gym before sunrise, or exploring trails on the weekend, the Warrior Pro consistently performs beyond my expectations. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I purchased the Alaska Pro in the autumn to prepare and plan this coming summers rides in the northern mountain and plain statesmvI included heavy duty tires, anti-flat liners, 400 W PV system on the roof of the van, 280 AH battery, and will carry 6 gallons of drinking water to facilitate daily 40+ mile rides in wild lands, urban areas, and established western bike trails and paths. June 1st, departure. this is my third ebike, so I'm confident that selecting this Alaska Pro will prove to be the right choice.

I bought the free sky warrior Pro and it's complete garbage they now sell the same exact bike with motors that are twice the power then the same bike that I bought 6 months ago the warrior Pro... I contacted them and say what the hell ! why can't you at least ship me the motors that are supposed to be in it ? It's a big deal really because they power the whole thing ..they say no they really are non-existent actually you can try to call them but you won't get a hold of anyone actually when I did after many attempts I told them about the problems, the errors the wrong motors, and got nowhere they said too bad. Bottom line I say do not buy new from these guys just buy a different brand e-bike. Also it was shipped with damage and I have had multiple error codes that shut the bike down and fun fact it happens when you're in the middle of nowhere or in traffic ! So yeah many problems with the bike.. I only rode this bike less than 20 miles ! Free Sky just sucks overall, buyers remorse for me ....I hope not for you, choose wisely and take your time shopping around and if possible buy in person rather than ordering online.

I was looking for a new e bike and got myself the Cheetah M-308 and boy was i excited when it arrived it looked very beautiful and was a solid built machine. All the controls, disolay, front wheel install were so easy and nice. When I had questions and concerns about stuff I wasnt sure about customer service on the phone and in emails answered me right away and helped me out these guys are friendly and great to talk to I would highly recommend them to anyone. Now Make sure you know your laws and how everything works with E bikes because for me where I live The Cheetah is classed as an Electric Moped and I had to insure and register it for the roads.

The bike is amazing. Bought the ranger. It’s a beast. Best advice go try it within a few blocks of where you live to get use to this beast. Battery life is good as well. Overall smooth ride. Also, had a few question for support, Hugh has been more than amazing. Quick response every time and always give a supers customer service.
