Excellent service from freesky on the replacement kickstand. All they asked for was a picture of the failed one. They then sent in a new one free.

Bought the Freesky Swift Horse with the 35 mAh battery. It's very tough bike, well made and lovely to ride. Battery charge from zero is around 11 hours with the 3 amp charger supplied. I didn't fit the throttle because there didn't seem to be room to put on the bike, but that's only if you really need to use it. I have ridden around 650 miles on the bike so far and it's so good to just whiz up those hills and tought straight and long roads - being 53 it helps my knees! There are five pedal assist modes and I usually and only need the 1 and 2 settings, rarely go above that. Overall very happy with my purchase.

First of all, the pictures on the website do no justice when it comes to how nice this bike looks. The paint job and welds are beautiful. After assembly, I took the new 2026 Rocky Pro A-320 out for the maiden voyage, a quick 4 miles ride, and wow. All that I can say is wow. This bike rides even better than I thought it would. Throttle response is peppy. Front and rear suspension worked very well with my 235 lbs onboard. Brakes are superb. I'm totally satisfied with how the bike rides and feels. Seat is comfortable. I don't see a need to upgrade it at this point. The tires also seem to be of a pretty good quality and for the mix of grass and paved trail that I ride. The mag wheels eliminate the need for any spoke maintainance, which is always a plus for me. There are a few things that surprised me, and that I'm not pleased with. I'm totally blown away by the lack of proper, updated videos and user manuals for the 2026 Rocky Pro A-320. All of the instructional materials available are for earlier version Rocky Pro bikes. I'm totally shocked and disappointed that the display, while being visually pleasing, is very simplistic, and lacking basic info found on my sub $1k Aipas Ebike bikes, and other bikes comparably priced to the 2026 Rocky Pro A-320. The display does not show actual battery voltage nor battery percentage. It only has the battery bars which is not the best way to know exactly where your battery life is. The display doesn't show the amount of motor power being put out, amps through the controller, ride time nor . What's strange is that on startup, it looks like those readings would. Now, maybe it can actually show those things, but changes need to be made to settings, hence we're back to the lack of accurate user instruction manuals. One thing that I'm not a fan of, and I saw it before I placed my order are the handlebars. I hate how small they are. With the display mounted horizontal, there's very little room left to mount anything else. I like the accessory package that comes with the bike. While, I wouldn't consider it adequate as the primary, the lock is decent, and a lot better than what came with my other bikes. They included two mirrors,which was good, but due to the small handlebars, and how all of the controls are laid out, the mirrors are useless. You can't install them close enough to the bar ends to see anything other than your torso. The bottle holder seems decent, but the bike comes with no screw points to mount it, so I'm not sure how that will work out or if I'll just use the bottle holder on my rear rack bag. Overall, I'm pleased with the bike, and after Marlena Matłosz helped me get the user manuals and instructions, to get the bike dialed in for me, I'm completely satisfied.

I had an issue with my Swift Horse Pro X-6E display (the wire was cut). I ended up contacting technical support, and they initially recommended purchasing a new display. For some reason, the first replacement displayed an error when connected to my bike. However, when I informed the support team about the issue, they had no problem sending me another display with the correct configuration for my bike. I eventually received a DR-208 single-motor display, and it worked perfectly with my bike without any issues. I really appreciate the technical support team, as they handled the process efficiently and helped me receive the replacement display in a short amount of time. So far, this has been a very good purchase, and the Swift Horse Pro X-6E is an excellent electric bike for everyday use.

I’ve just bought a brand new Free Sky Ranger Air bike. Wow it’s fantastic love the size of the bike. Definitely one of the best comfortable bikes on the market. I had to contact Free Sky on their website and that led me to a UK phone number which Marvin answered. I told him that I was missing a thumb throttle from the order. He responded straight away with don’t worry I’ll send you one in the post. Brilliant service just what we all needed.

I am very pleased with My Ranger Air, It met all my expectations, handles al the dirt roads in my area very well and trails great.

Bought this bike 6 weeks ago to manage my daily commute from Seattle ferry to University of Washington area. This bike is well powered to make the hills unnoticeable. The bike is heavy, as expected. Large battery, 2 hub motors and beefy fat tire frame. Brakes are good quality. I ride in top speed mode most of time and battery life is about an hour. Single charge duration can be extended with care by reducing assist/top speed and managing a single (rear) motor instead of dual. Worth noting that I ride aggressively and had to replace stock brake pads after 310 miles.
