Helpful reminders . . clear web sites to review and/or change orders all help me stay on top of Ellie's foods!

We are loving our Freshpet experience! After using Farmer’s Dog for a few years, we tried Freshpet and it has been great. While our dog, Beau, liked only some of the flavors of FD, he gobbles up all the Freshpet varieties and his digestive system is thanking him for it. Not only that, but it is easier to serve and transport. We couldn’t be happier with the switch.

Hi Robert, we're so glad Beau is thriving on Freshpet and we thank you for sharing your experience! Knowing it's making a difference for Beau makes our tails wag. Thanks for trusting us with your pups’ nutrition. We truly appreciate you!💚

We absolutely love FreshPet so much! We have tried multiple other fresh foods and none have compared. Love the ability that you can scoop the food, as my pup needs to gain a little weight. The only thing I’d change is the veggies always get stuck at the bottom!

Hi Brantley, from one pet parent to another, thank you. We know how important it is to feed your pup something fresh, and healthy. We’re honored to be part of your story and truly appreciate you leaving this review. Big thanks from our pack to yours! 💚🐾

My dog and I love our Freshpet experience. For me, it’s easy to keep a recurring order and modify if needed. The packaging is very secure and the shipment consistently arrives on time or early. In a couple of instances, I received a bag of food opened and spilled in the box, and Freshpet customer support swiftly resolved the issue with a refund for that bag. For my dog, he can’t get enough of his food. He’s always been a picky eater, and he devours his Freshpet meals. I’m really pleased that he likes the food so much, and I expect to be a longtime customer.

We used to buy Freshpet at local grocery stores but there were always low quantities. We then signed up for automatic delivery and it's been AMAZING! They keep us very informed of orders and deliveries and the food is packaged perfectly! They often throw in a free item too which is an added bonus!!

Should be perfect 5 if they only if other flavors with offered with no chicken. I order hers on line. I order her the beef, turkey lamb combination. I literally have the most pickiest shihpoo ever! She loves this food. She is such a little princess… She actually has to eat her food in a plate, on how picky she is. She picks out the green beans and puts them on the side of her plate. I love that you can see the carrots and the green beans in the food. Looks homemade! I also love that you receive an email a couple weeks prior to your next shipment, so you can alter it to add more or minus some..... Not to mention they occasionally include a surprise for your pet.
