Everything went according to plan! Great service and exceptional communication,

The customer service and phone lines at this company are really great. I can always get through to some during business hours. They are courteous and prompt. My only complaint is that the website and industry in general could make shipping a lot more easily understood. That being said, they do a great job of guiding you through and helping you take the next step. All you have to do is pick up the phone.

Susan has been a huge help and responds very fast!

the staff are disorganized, we have booked 3 appointments scheduled with Ida for consultation and we received no call at all, we had the same problem with the same person before where our emails were not answer and provide misleading and bad advice for the payment options here are our appointments FCS-01562 on 27/07/2021 FCS-01555 on 27/07/2021 FCS-01547 on 26/07/2021 Please check behaviour of your stuff

This was the first time I have shipped anything to England from the US. I called and emailed several shipping companies and First Choice was the first to get back to me. It was EXTREMELY helpful that I was able to talk to someone on the phone. There is NO WAY I would have been able to navigate the shipping document required to complete the shipment, without step-by-step help. The person who guided me through the process was exceptionally patient, polite and knowledgeable. I was happy with the whole process.

First Choice Shipping has been a joy to work with. On my first order I had no idea what I was doing. I chose First Choice Shipping and they helped me every step of the way. I now understand most of what to do, mainly because they have there program set up to make shipping to, in my case Canada so easy. Just fill in the blanks an your ready to go. I highly recommend First Choice Shipping.

First choice shipping has been so helpful! Faigy basically virtually held my hand to get my items shipped into Singapore without any problems! She’s hands down the best! If your looking for personal attention, customer service at its best, knowledgeable about overseas shipments FAIGY is your girl!

The price is good; but, the staff are disorganized, contradict each other, and provide misleading and bad advice. For example, they try to convince resident Canadian corporations to apply as non-resident importers, say to disregard messages from UPS about a brokerage account being established then say that that was a mistake and those messages were actually true and important. They mess up paperwork that UPS provides then require it to be redone because of their errors. They also tell you the account is setup, then after the first shipment claim that there's more to do for electronic documents, etc. and that it's mandatory before a looming deadline (and give no explanation at all on why they couldn't get it all right and done the first time). If you need one, I'd suggest opening a brokerage account directly with UPS and skipping First Choice's additional fees for doing so which only seem to be paying for more headaches rather than making things easier as one might expect or hope.
