Goldy Rabinowitz was very responsive and helpful. It is our first time shipping to Germany. The customer service rep was patient enough to answer all our questions and check the documents before sending the shipment. Thank you!

Customer service 5/5 - Leah is very friendly and helpful. Web/System 2/5 - Creating shipment, getting quote is easy to use however we have encounter 2 problems. 1. Cannot print with thermal label. It allowed me to "create" a 4x6 label, however it won't print because frisbi system is out of date (same as their instruction). Leah have to void and recreate our shipment so we can print with "letter size" paper. 2. Since our value is over $2500, system asked us to fill out SED form however when I lookup helpdesk, it says "it has been replaced by EEI". It's very confusing. Business Hour 2/5 - Not Pacific Time friendly, especially on Friday which is 6am-10am PT.

Min Ping Foo - Thank you so much for the incredible feedback! In terms of your call outs, we would like you to know the following: *Frisbi does have a thermal printing option through PDF, but we submitted a task to our development team to display that option more clearly in our system. We have also updated the article in our "Help Center" to be more clear. *PST hours- It is something we are working on and hope to add on additional reps on that time zone in the near future. We appreciate great feedback like this in order to help not only Frisbi, but companies like yours grow! Making the process simple and easy to understand are core values for us. Thank you again for being a customer!
