We will not use front signs again. 2 complete no shows to appointments or installation. Appointment for site visit was set 2 weeks in advance, nobody showed up. We rescheduled for the next day, person showed up 1.5 hours late. We set the date for the installation, Front signs emails after the start time to say there was an emergency and we need to reschedule. we reschedule for a week later, nobody showed up. We had an employee stick around after hours to get it installed. Will not recommend or ever use this company again. ***Added after frontsigns response. No, your company having good communication is not true. During the process, your company did not do everything to keep us informed. Both no show appointments, I called you and was met with complete surprise no-one came out. The appointment that was cancelled due to an emergency the day before was cancelled after the start of our appointment time. Even though we like the product you delivered, any company that can't at least call us or simply show up at all, we will not us again or recommend to others.

There was Inconsistency in the final work product. We had to settle with the product we received. There was excuses why they could not duplicate the original provided, even though they said they could.
