Front Signs did an absolutely AMAZING job collaborating with us on our signs. They are professional, detail oriented, thoughtful and responsive. And we LOVE OUR SIGNS. They were installed last week, and when we turned on the lights it literally was like the North Star in Bethlehem! People from all over 2nd Street came flooding into our store. Thank you Mike and the installation team. We couldn't recommend you more highly!!!

Front Signs failed to deliver what was promised by them. I provided all the necessary information, drawings etc to ensure what I needed was being duplicated and the sales person failed to relay critical information to their design team which resulted in a failed product I paid a lot of money for. I gave the sales person a chance to take responsibility for their mistake but they chose not to and instead wanted me to pay for their mistake. I will never work with this company again. The production team did however get part of my order correct. My recommendation is to employ sales people who actually care for their customers and have some integrity.

The sales rep was always available, the price was lower than 3 other offers, the product was perfect, the turn times were amazing, and unexpectedly the companies' showroom and facility were impressive, I am looking into more of their services for other projects.
